Virtual Fundraising – Reach Everyone, Everywhere!

Your Chocolate Ambassador will "Create an Event" for your organization and assign a Promo Code to identify your group. If your organization would like to keep track of individual sales, participants name may be entered at checkout. A "QR Code" and marketing material will be provided to direct customers to website. The Promo Code will automatically be embedded at checkout when QR Code is used. Weekly reports can be provided to your organization.

To Order:

1. Mobile Door to Door: Simply scan QR code and shop, at checkout the code will automatically populate the promo box to credit organization.

2. Visit FudgieWudgie.com and click Shop NOW. Promo Code will self populate in the Promo Box at checkout to identify organization. Participants name may also be entered to keep track of individuals sales.

Shipping: Products will ship directly to customers via UPS, FEDEX and USPS. We ship Monday-Thursday.

Profit: Your organization earns a 45% Profit on each order.

Brochure Fundraising – Face to Face Sales!

A sample box will be provided to the organizations coordinator, along with Fundraising Brochure and a Fundraising Guide. The Fundraising Coordinator will share samples with your group. Once the group experiences the quality of the fudge and the packaging they become more engaged and enthusiastic about selling the products.

Once your organization selects your sale dates and provides a count of your participants, we will provide your group with the Fundraising Brochures. Success rates tend to be higher when sales programs are kept to a shorter time frame; we recommend the program run for 2-4 weeks.

When sales are complete the organizations coordinator will need to tally the total sales!
Many people prefer to use a blank order form and manually total all the order forms into one "Master Order Sheet". If you prefer we can email your coordinator the Excel Spreadsheet, so sales can be entered on their tablet/laptop, and the columns will self-calculate as they input the numbers. Once we receive your order, we will need 2-3 weeks to produce and ship your order. Your bulk shipment will be sent to one location and your fundraising participants will be responsible for delivery of product.

Last Minute Orders

Additional last-minute sales may be added for three days following order placement. This will allow us to accommodate your request to assure the promised date for your delivery.

Rather than send a completely new order, we request that you send an addendum to the original order with your name, your group name and the changes being requested.
