A sample box will be provided to the organizations coordinator, along with a Fundraising Brochure and the General Fundraiser Flyer.
Once your organization selects a sale date, you may provide them with the Fundraising Brochures. Success rates tend to be higher when sales programs are kept to a shorter time frame; we recommend the program run for 2-4 weeks. The Fundraising Coordinator should share samples with their group. Once the group experiences the quality of the fudge and the packaging they become much more invested in selling the products. We notice the sales increase exponentially and they sell to their family members at a higher level.
A few days before the end of the Fundraiser, the coordinator should remind the participants of the approaching deadline and challenge them to meet or beat their goal.
Additional last-minute sales may be added for three days following order placement.
This will allow us to accommodate your request to assure the promised date for your delivery.
Rather than send a completely new order, we request that you send an addendum to the original order with your name, your group name and the changes being requested.
